All my life I have heard people exclaim about how much more energy they have once they get in better shape and how they sleep so much better...I say these people are liars! I just feel more tired and I have never slept well...ever. What's up with that? Even when I was on school sports teams and working out hard every day I didn't feel more energized, and I have no clue what it feels like to wake up refreshed. I sure would love to know that feeling!
